Liberland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Liberland's Carmelo Silbestre made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Grabiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonatan Abel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Silvio Grabiel made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Mergildo in the 20th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Donato Tiso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvio Grabiel made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Placido Ilazki sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Liberland booed when Nueva Lepra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Nueva Lepra FC's Silvio Grabiel got control of the ball when Jonatan Abel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Nueva Lepra FC defense, Jonatan Abel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Grabiel. The Nueva Lepra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Grabiel should have stopped the shot. Donato Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Cuartio in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nueva Lepra FC's Venancio Mergildo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Donato Tiso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Fortun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th match minute, Liberland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Abel to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Melchor Tome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Liberland's Carmelo Silbestre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvio Grabiel. That made the score 3-1 after 40 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Mergildo in the 46th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Donato Tiso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Fortun to make the kick off. Donato Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Fortun in the 51st minute of the match. Liberland's Donato Tiso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Liberland from getting a goal against them. Silvio Grabiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Tiso was a little too slow when Venancio Mergildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 5-2. Donato Tiso came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Lepra FC's Melchor Tome. But to his dismay, Melchor Tome quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. In the 78th minute, Carmelo Silbestre made a precise shot to the right of Silvio Grabiel. Nueva Lepra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Tome got free with Donato Tiso in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Hector Criston was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liberland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nueva Lepra FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Liberland's Hector Criston got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Melchor Tomes short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Donato Tiso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Liberland's Esteve Pudes suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 92 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 92 minutes into the game, Sebastian Petrigai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Lepra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liberland the free kick. Sebastian Petrigai hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes, Liberland's Carmelo Silbestre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvio Grabiel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Liberland reached it. A collision led to Nueva Lepra FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Joaquin Cuartio hit a great ball.
