Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Higinio Obeko made the kick off and thus started the match. Higinio Obeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Walter Sanvicente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Obeko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Sanvicente having to make a save. In the 10th minute Desafio FC were awarded a corner. Israel Tercero went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Chaime in the 13th minute of play forced Desafio FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Petri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Las Momias F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Chaime to maneuver through the defense. When Higinio Obeko fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desafio FC's protests and gave Higinio Obeko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Desafio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Obeko to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Obeko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walter Sanvicente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Obeko in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to Las Momias F. C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Angelo Aimar hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aldo Chaime kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcelo Petri. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. Walter Sanvicente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Obeko in the 38th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesus Tabby made a kick off. Marcelo Petri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Chaime went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Filomeno Mazuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desafio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Mazuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Sanvicente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Petri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 67 played minutes Las Momias F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Tabby. In the 71st minute, Jesus Tabby made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Petri. Desafio FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Desafio FC's zone, Jesus Tabby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Petri came out of the goal and Jesus Tabby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, one of Desafio FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Filomeno Mazuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desafio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Mazuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Sanvicente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filomeno Mazuste who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Walter Sanvicente when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 94th minute of the match Angelo Aimar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Petri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Desafio FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Las Momias F. C..
