In the 2nd match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Gauargi to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Quinito took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severo Navarro. Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Terapia Intensiva defense, Baldomiro Berriotxoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Navarro. The Terapia Intensiva fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Navarro should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Terapia Intensiva's Segundo Goiz got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Esteve Hurko managed to get in a good position for a shot. ViCeNzA's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Hurko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Hurko came free, but Severo Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Goiz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Furman to maneuver through the defense. Severo Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Quinito went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Quinito in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Navarro saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, ViCeNzA's goalkeeper Bartolo Bazkoare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Fonda. ViCeNzA's Baldomiro Berriotxoa got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Berriotxoa in the 46th minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Severo Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 51st minute, Emiliano Quinito made a precise shot to the right of Severo Navarro. Terapia Intensiva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Severo Navarro went to the wrong direction when Emiliano Quinito was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Emiliano Quinito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Severo Navarro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Severo Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Berriotxoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Emiliano Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Severo Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomiro Berriotxoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Navarro having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Terapia Intensiva:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ViCeNzA:s goal. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, ViCeNzA's Emiliano Quinito got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Severo Navarro.
