A collision led to Celestiales getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Isidoro Lop hit a great ball. Orlando Neto hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Neto in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Javiero saved Celestiales from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Rafael Urtsua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Javiero. Celestiales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Urtsua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Cristobal Dominix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falconara Albanese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Celestiales the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Falconara Albanese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Dominix to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Cristobal Dominix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Orlando Neto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falconara Albanese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Rafael Urtsua scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Javiero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Luciano Astigar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Celestiales booed when Falconara Albanese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Lesardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Celestiales got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Cordearo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siro Bonifaco was the one to do the kick off. Luciano Astigar's late challenge caught a Falconara Albanese's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Astigar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Celestiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Astigar to maneuver through the defense. Siro Bonifaco struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Eriberto Truylos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celestiales. In the 61st minute of the match Celestiales got a corner. Falconara Albanese's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabio Munio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Falconara Albanese made a substitution. Braulio Jeraldo replaced Flavio Sayvion. After a rather tough play, Celestiales's Luciano Astigar got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, Celestiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Ferdinand to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute of the match Marcelo Amato shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Javiero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Godofredo Ignazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godofredo Ignazio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Javiero having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siro Bonifaco in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Truylos saved Falconara Albanese from getting behind. A collision led to Falconara Albanese getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ciriaco Eliazar hit a great ball. In the 81st minute of the game Leo Su made a throw-in which Americo Leheren played forward. Celestiales's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Orlando Neto scored to the left of an out of position Isidoro Javiero, making the score, 1-5. Isidoro Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Romulo Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Marcelo Amato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Celestiales's Haroldo Tono got a free kick in the 95th minute. Falconara Albanese played a much better game than Celestiales and deserved their victory. The Celestiales players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
