In the 5th minute Alejo Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Constancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Real Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Hitz came free, but Oscar Constancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Carlos Manuel Goyeneche managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Real Racing Club's Aquiles Medina fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Real Racing Club's Oscar Constancio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Heli in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Plebeyos got a corner. Real Racing Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ramiro Pietro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Plebeyos's corner Ramiro Pietro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oscar Constancio quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Larpe in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Manuel Goyeneche saved Plebeyos from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Plebeyos got a freekick which was hit by Julio Laurendi. Gaudencio Lixandro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Aldo Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plebeyos's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Hitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Constancio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Marciano Orlondon got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Oscar Constancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfaro Moreno in the 34th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Angelo Remicio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Racing Club and the Plebeyos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Real Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Remicio. When Julio Laurendi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. In the 42nd minute, Julio Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Luis María Rodriguez made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Aquiles Medina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plebeyos's Carlos Manuel Goyeneche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Aquiles Medina notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Plebeyos's Carlos Manuel Goyeneche. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Higinio Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Racing Club's Higinio Santiago got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Larpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when German Iraido came free, but Carlos Manuel Goyeneche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Medina in the 63rd minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Goyeneche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aquiles Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plebeyos made a substitution. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Aquiles Medina sped through Plebeyos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Manuel Goyeneche. Real Racing Club's Higinio Santiago got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Plebeyos's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Goyeneche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Nunez Larpe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Larpe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Medina went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Escobar in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Constancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute, Gaudencio Lixandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis María Rodriguez in the 97th minute of the match.
