Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albino Romano started the match with the kick off. Zeledon Fagondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Salvino in the 3rd minute of the match. Cavallino Rampante II's Silvestre Dimas got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Cavallino Rampante II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Salbatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zeledon Fagondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Salvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Fagondo was a little too slow when Elvio Rainerio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 26th minute EL PEPO FC were awarded a corner. Gaspar Fernendo went to the cornerflag to take it. 27 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's Camilo Policarpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Fagondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute Silvestre Dimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elvio Rainerio to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Camilo Policarpio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Ezequiel Boniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Dimas in the 56th minute of the match. Zeledon Fagondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Rainerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Salvino in the 58th minute of play forced Cavallino Rampante II's goalkeeper Zeledon Fagondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobaldo Milio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Cavallino Rampante II getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Tadeo Egoi hit a great ball. EL PEPO FC made a substitution. Tomás Satordi replaced Gaspar Fernendo. After a rather tough play, Cavallino Rampante II's Tadeo Egoi got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Elvio Rainerio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Fagondo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teobaldo Milio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Zeledon Fagondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Salvino in the 69th minute of the match. Tomás Satordi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zeledon Fagondo. Cavallino Rampante II's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tomás Satordi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Albino Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute Silvestre Dimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Boniel came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavallino Rampante II's Albino Romano. But to his dismay, Albino Romano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Maximiliano Salbatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, Bernardo Salvino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Zeledon Fagondo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cavallino Rampante II's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
