Rebelution's Delmiro Sazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Shantala in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Rebelution booed when Mercado Paulista F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Shantala scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmiro Sazon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mercado Paulista F.C's Ramon Tancredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Alonso in the 10th minute of play. Delmiro Sazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Vargas in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Rebelution getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fabian Janpier hit a great ball. Delmiro Sazon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 19th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sergio Burni. If German Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Rebelution's goalkeeper Delmiro Sazon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Shantala. After 27 minutes, Honorato Feo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rebelution and the Mercado Paulista F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honorato Feo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Delmiro Sazon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sergio Burni. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ramon Shantala sped through Rebelution's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Delmiro Sazon. In the 33rd minute, Honorato Feo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rebelution fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mercado Paulista F.C's Sergio Burni shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Delmiro Sazon but with some difficulty. In the 38th match minute, Rebelution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Alonso to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Rebelution's goalkeeper Delmiro Sazon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergio Burni. In the 40th minute, German Laurentzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, German Laurentzi made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Sazon. Rebelution's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 62 minutes into the match, Rebelution's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Burni came free, but Delmiro Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, German Laurentzi notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Rebelution's Delmiro Sazon. Delmiro Sazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Delmiro Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Laurentzi in the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Umea during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Rebelution got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Umea. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Shantala in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Sazon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 played minutes Rebelution got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Umea. In the 81st minute of the match, Agustin Cordarius tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ramon Tancredo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 85 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when German Tabor came free, but Ramon Tancredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Shantala in the 89th minute of play forced Rebelution's goalkeeper Delmiro Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes of play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Sergio Burni made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Sazon was left in no man's land by his defense there!
