Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Augusto Gilen made the kick off and thus started the match. Arnoldo Orlondon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Emesto in the 16th minute. Rodrigo Abeijon hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Muno in the 31st minute of play forced Real Academia Serengetti's goalkeeper Alfonso Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Augusto Gilen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazaredo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Gilen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute Emiliano Celino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guillermo Emesto made a kick off. Emiliano Celino hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Guillermo Emesto took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Orlondon. Arnoldo Orlondon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Guillermo Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Arnoldo Orlondon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Emesto in the 60th minute of play forced Mazaredo AFC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Orlondon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Gavino Veremundo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfonso Polo to make any attempt to save it. Lisandro Esquipula kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes, Mazaredo AFC's Gavino Veremundo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alfonso Polo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mazaredo AFC reached it. Cosme Quinton hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, Real Academia Serengetti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Aballe to maneuver through the defense. Real Academia Serengetti's Alfonso Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Perez in the 76th minute of play. If Augusto Gilen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Orlondon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Real Academia Serengetti's Celso Vimaro got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Gavino Veremundo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mazaredo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Veremundo couldn't finish the play. Alfonso Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Celino in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Mazaredo AFC's Ernesto Perez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The Mazaredo AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
