Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arsenio Emenon kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Evelio Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Guifre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Dimas in the 7th minute of the match. Florida Gulf Coast's Jeremias Guifre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Joachim in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, El ABUELO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Dimas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Joachim in the 13th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Jeremias Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Dimas came free, but Jeremias Guifre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Evelio Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Guifre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Maureo's late challenge caught a El ABUELO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Maureo helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Cordarin in the 22nd minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Jeremias Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Prudencio Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th match minute, El ABUELO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Bermund to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Arsenio Emenon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florida Gulf Coast's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Emenon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes El ABUELO FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Hori. After a defensive mix-up in El ABUELO FC's zone, Ciro Corderun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Manny came out of the goal and Ciro Corderun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Cordarin in the 46th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Jeremias Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Jeronimo Cordarin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Jeremias Guifre made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as El ABUELO FC's Evelio Bladi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeremias Guifre. That made the score 0-1 after 52 minutes of play. El ABUELO FC's Evelio Bladi came free and shot a quick shot against goal 65 minutes in the game, fortunately Jeremias Guifre had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Higinio Videl's late challenge caught a Florida Gulf Coast's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Videl helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Florida Gulf Coast booed when El ABUELO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Videl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gaudencio Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Raebert hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Ciro Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremias Guifre stood somewhat misplaced when Evelio Bladi came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 78 minute. Agustin Nel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Jeremias Guifre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Cordarin. 85 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Dimas came free, but Jeremias Guifre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes, Aaron Dimas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El ABUELO FC and the Florida Gulf Coast players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aaron Dimas kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, El ABUELO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Abilio came free, but Gaudencio Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jeronimo Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The El ABUELO FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El ABUELO FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
