With a little luck, Los Golosos's Raimundo Quexal got control of the ball when Aristides Tipi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th match minute, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Eleder to maneuver through the defense. Clodoveo Olentzaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Frances. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clodoveo Olentzaro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12thth minute of the game Salvador Frantzes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Orlando Frances was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 played minutes ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Laurentzi. Modesto Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Frances having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Los Golosos's Salvador Frantzes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Frances made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Orlando Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Olentzaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Modesto Paulin might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Frances. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Paulin ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Oihenarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Raimundo Quexal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Quexal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Tipi in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Laurentzi in the 47th minute of play forced Los Golosos's goalkeeper Raimundo Quexal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Golosos were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Tipi was the one to do the kick off. Prospero Cordarrol hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Aristides Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Apolo Laurentzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Salvador Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64thth minute of the game Salvador Frantzes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Orlando Frances was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute Aristides Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Quexal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Frances tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Frantzes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Orlando Frances skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Apolo Laurentzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernabe Tallia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Aristides Tipi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. But to his dismay, Apolo Laurentzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
