Saul Muc came out of the goal and Zacarias Lapurdi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zacarias Lapurdi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Saul Muc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Zacarias Lapurdi put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Saul Muc. LA MAQUINA F.C's Esteve Amato was substituted for Patricio Eder. The audience was convinced that Julian Alva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifacio Farias was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When Teodosio Oalo fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030's protests and gave Teodosio Oalo a yellow card for diving instead. After 50 minutes, Martin Marko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA MAQUINA F.C and the Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in LA MAQUINA F.C's zone, Jaime Gartzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Muc came out of the goal and Jaime Gartzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteve Amato hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Saul Muc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Lapurdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zacarias Lapurdi in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Muc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, Zacarias Lapurdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saul Muc. LA MAQUINA F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zacarias Lapurdi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. Martin Marko hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the LA MAQUINA F.C defense, Zacarias Lapurdi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Muc. The LA MAQUINA F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Muc should have stopped the shot. After 88 played minutes LA MAQUINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Lixandro. LA MAQUINA F.C's Isidoro Nastasio was substituted for Cristobal Jaizki. After a rather tough play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Benigno Prejun got a free kick in the 93rd minute. LA MAQUINA F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
