After a rather tough play, Albiceleste F.C.'s Eustacio Soter got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Tipi in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Cefero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Azubeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Consejo del Mate got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Polo. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Virgilio Romildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albiceleste F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Romildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Miguel Frechoso got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Bernardo Inautzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Romildo in the 34th minute of play. Federico Azubeli was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Consejo del Mate's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 42 minutes into the match, Elpidio Tipi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergio Cefero. Albiceleste F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Tipi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Elpidio Tipi's late challenge caught a Albiceleste F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elpidio Tipi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Elpidio Tipi hit a great ball. Bernardo Inautzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Soter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Eustacio Soter made the kick off in the second half. When Teofilo Benet fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Consejo del Mate's protests and gave Teofilo Benet a yellow card for diving instead. Albiceleste F.C.'s Jorge Jon was substituted for Laureano Silviano. Bernardo Inautzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Soter in the 63rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Soter in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Inautzi saved Consejo del Mate from getting behind. In the 65th match minute, Albiceleste F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Fix to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Inautzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Soter in the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Higinio Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Inautzi came out of the goal and Higinio Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Eustacio Soter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albiceleste F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Soter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
