Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ezequiel Ieltxu started the match with the kick off. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Ekaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Eriberto Sengrat got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta in the 7th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Florencio Bidari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Florencio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta in the 14th minute of play. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after El Renacer del Quijano FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta took the corner. Fausto Celio made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eriberto Sengrat immediately put the ball in play. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Ekaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Ieltxu came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes El Renacer del Quijano FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Firmo. Florencio Bidari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta in the 66th minute of play. Clemente Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Damián Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Ekaitz to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Belgrano LOS PIRATAS got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Paskal. Alejo Elizardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Bidari having to interfere. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Florencio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Renacer del Quijano FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's players had a chance to rest. Florencio Bidari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta in the 97th minute of the match. El Renacer del Quijano FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
