Alberto Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Rosalio in the 6th minute of the match. Eleuterio Tello hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The supporters of Napoleón 2018 booed when ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th match minute, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Seguinus to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Adrian Katia got a free kick in the 13th minute. Eleuterio Tello went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Eleuterio Tello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Urbano Faro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 23 minutes of play, Napoleón 2018's Adrian Rosalio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alberto Abeita was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 25 minutes, Tobias Romelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ and the Napoleón 2018 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cayetano Mambru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Alberto Abeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Cayetano Mambru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Napoleón 2018's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Mambru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Abeita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute Adrian Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Rosalio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Abeita saved ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ from getting behind. In the 35th match minute, Napoleón 2018 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Mambru to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Napoleón 2018's Daniel Oidor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alberto Abeita. That made the score 2-0 after 45 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Cugat was the one to do the kick off. Urbano Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Cordarrel in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 52 minutes, Tobias Romelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Romelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbano Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Romelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Alberto Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Rosalio in the 61st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Napoleón 2018.
