Americo Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Los Podridos ll got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Gurutz. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Los Podridos ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Gurutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Arixo's late challenge caught a Los Podridos ll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Arixo helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Arixo. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Erubiel Laurentzi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Arixo. Feliberto Romano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Duardo having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Los Podridos ll's Danilo Acevedo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gervasio Pelagius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Americo Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Panpili during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Federico Quinteros shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When Federico Quinteros came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Club Almirante Brown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Quinteros couldn't finish the play. Club Almirante Brown's Edgard Rodas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Americo Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Romano in the 55th minute of play. Club Almirante Brown's Edgard Rodas got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Los Podridos ll's Danilo Acevedo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Los Podridos ll's Julio Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Lain in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Feliberto Romano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Club Almirante Brown's Americo Duardo. Americo Duardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Los Podridos ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Pelagius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Romano had several of the Club Almirante Brown's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Americo Duardo as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience was convinced that Feliberto Romano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Duardo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Club Almirante Brown's Americo Duardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Club Almirante Brown from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute, Feliberto Romano made a precise shot to the right of Americo Duardo. Club Almirante Brown's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Los Podridos ll's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
