In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Bustick Sport. Gerardo Galo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teodoro Eladio. 1-0. The supporters of Martin Palermo F.C. booed when Bustick Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Seguinus kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Nestor Lertxun got a free kick in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bustick Sport's Maurinho Matos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teodoro Eladio. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. 21 minutes into the game, Maurinho Matos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bustick Sport's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Martin Palermo F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Bustick Sport getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Maurinho Matos hit a great ball. In the 23rd match minute, Martin Palermo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Seguinus to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Maurinho Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Bustick Sport's Maurinho Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Eladio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th play minute Maurinho Matos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Teodoro Eladio. 3-0. 31 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodoro Eladio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurinho Matos. In the 42nd minute, Gerardo Galo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Segundo Peyo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Augustus Batalla came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Martin Palermo F.C. reached it. In the 47th minute, Angelino Elia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

If Amancio Carlomagno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Bustick Sport's Maurinho Matos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodoro Eladio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Aureo in the 64th minute of play. Teodoro Eladio came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Bustick Sport's Maurinho Matos. But to his dismay, Maurinho Matos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Bustick Sport's Augustus Batalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Lertxun in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Martin Palermo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Elia to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Matos came free, but Teodoro Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Matos might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Eladio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maurinho Matos ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Matos came free, but Teodoro Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, Pichit Mercier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bustick Sport and the Martin Palermo F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Pichit Mercier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84thth minute of the game Maurinho Matos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodoro Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Matos in the 87th minute of the match.
