The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axl Rose to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Gerard Way notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PINGO PINGO's Leonel Claris. Leonel Claris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Gerard Way ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonel Claris was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Leonel Claris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Way in the 18th minute of play. Leonel Claris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerard Way in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goal looked a bit too open when Axl Rose came free, but Leonel Claris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Axl Rose had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Claris. PINGO PINGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axl Rose was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Leonel Claris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Palos, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Poroso Cubero lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of PINGO PINGO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Howling Dawn U18:s goal. In the 33rd minute, Prospero Cesario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute Gerard Way shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Claris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axl Rose went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luisito Pero hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The PINGO PINGO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Howling Dawn U18 were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelio Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. When Howling Dawn U18's Axl Rose in the 50th minute got a chance for a shot 50th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The shot was a little too simple and Leonel Claris could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Way in the 66th minute of play forced PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Leonel Claris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Mateus's late challenge caught a Howling Dawn U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Mateus helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PINGO PINGO's Ovidio Mateus got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Howling Dawn U18's Axl Rose in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PINGO PINGO's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axl Rose in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Claris saved PINGO PINGO from getting behind. A collision led to PINGO PINGO getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Daniel Mingo hit a great ball. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Baltasar Walme replaced Gerard Way. Howling Dawn U18's Astor Manilan was substituted for Juan Bittor. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Scott Weiland replaced Axl Rose. Daniel Mingo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Howling Dawn U18 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
