Deportivo Diamante U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Joel Estevon scored to the left of an out of position Donato Macerio, making the score, 1-0. If Lázaro Timo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Efren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Timo came free, but Gervasio Efren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Estevon took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Macerio. Donato Macerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gervasio Efren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Baraquiel in the 19th minute of play. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Estevon to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Joel Estevon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Donato Macerio. That made the score 3-0 after 24 minutes of play. Deportivo Diamante U18's Donato Macerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Diamante U18 from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute of the match, Iker Jon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Donato Macerio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 31st minute, Joel Estevon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Macerio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 34 minutes into the match, Deportivo Diamante U18's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Estevon came free, but Donato Macerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Balendin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Donato Macerio made a huge save. In the 45th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Balendin to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Timo in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gervasio Efren made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Lázaro Timo sent off a good shot on target. Iker Jon struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Donato Macerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.U.E. DE COMERCIO. After 60 played minutes Deportivo Diamante U18 got a freekick which was hit by Mario Chorche. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Natalio Iratzeder was substituted for Joel Estevon. In the 62nd minute, Mario Chorche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Natalio Iratzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Iratzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Macerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Roque Bermudez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abelardo Berriotxoa, made in the 86th minute of the game. When Ceferino Balendin fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's protests and gave Ceferino Balendin a yellow card for diving instead. 89 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Gervasio Efren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Timo. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Iker Jon got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Diamante U18's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
