After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Mandiyu's zone, Fernando Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Bizen came out of the goal and Fernando Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Nicanor Macerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Bizen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oflador FC 2003's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ruperto Erlantz in the 18th minute. The supporters of Oflador FC 2003 booed when Deportivo Mandiyu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Anaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fabricio Chale came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Deportivo Mandiyu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Chale couldn't finish the play. After having played for 33 minutes, Fernando Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oflador FC 2003's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Gonzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Fernando Gonzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oflador FC 2003's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Mandiyu the free kick. A collision led to Oflador FC 2003 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Fernando Gonzo hit a great ball. Esteve Espiridion made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Federico Anaya sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Gonzo was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when Oflador FC 2003 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Gonzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Oflador FC 2003's Nicanor Macerio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hipolito Bizen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Deportivo Mandiyu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oflador FC 2003 were winning 0-2.

Joaquin Teyo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Oflador FC 2003's Esteve Espiridion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Anaya in the 58th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Macerio came free, but Hipolito Bizen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Mandiyu's Delmar Quintin was substituted for Luis Nuno. In the 73rd minute, Norberto Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Mandiyu's Hipolito Bizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Macerio in the 80th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Deportivo Mandiyu got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Sidro. Ruperto Erlantz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Bizen having to interfere.
