Rafael Mendez lost his temper 14 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Enhebrator FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sportivo Luan Toro:s goal. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lino Gerazan hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Sportivo Luan Toro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uriel Berriotxoa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 19 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Gabriel Arias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Berriotxoa. Gabriel Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Berriotxoa in the 24th minute of play. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lino Gerazan made the kick off in the second half. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sportivo Luan Toro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
