Ermegildo Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heliodoro Vivas having to interfere. TZILACATZIN's Everardo Jerardo pulled a muscle in his back after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nastasio Adelsdorfer's late challenge caught a TZILACATZIN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nastasio Adelsdorfer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, union española s.a.'s Nastasio Adelsdorfer got a free kick in the 11th minute. Inocencio Herauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermengildo Abadia scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heliodoro Vivas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of union española s.a. booed when TZILACATZIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heliodoro Vivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Herauso in the 25th minute of play forced union española s.a.'s goalkeeper Heliodoro Vivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes, Zenón Venezian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the union española s.a. and the TZILACATZIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, union española s.a. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenón Venezian to maneuver through the defense. union española s.a.'s Heliodoro Vivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Abadia in the 33rd minute of play. Zenón Venezian kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Celso Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nastasio Adelsdorfer in the 54th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Inocencio Herauso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Heliodoro Vivas. The goal made the score 0-4. Heliodoro Vivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Inocencio Herauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. TZILACATZIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Herauso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heliodoro Vivas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 minutes of play union española s.a.'s Zenón Venezian was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 70th minute, Inocencio Herauso made a precise shot to the right of Heliodoro Vivas. union española s.a.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After having played for 73 minutes, Inocencio Herauso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TZILACATZIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Herauso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The union española s.a. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heliodoro Vivas should have stopped the shot. Heliodoro Vivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Inocencio Herauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. TZILACATZIN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
