Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Walker Stephens kicked off to start the match. Vidal Cismado charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vidal Cismado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Vidal Cismado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Liga de Quito booed when Ocean Park Beach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walker Stephens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ponce Bollo during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Yoelvis Villarias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Jairo Collador had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jed Burris. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Mascareñas in the 22nd minute of play forced Ocean Park Beach FC's goalkeeper Milo Driscoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Vidal Cismado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grant Galloway struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jairo Collador didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocean Park Beach FC. A collision led to Ocean Park Beach FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Walker Stephens hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Liga de Quito got a freekick which was hit by Yoelvis Villarias. Walker Stephenss short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Jairo Collador to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ponce Bollo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milo Driscoll having to interfere. Walker Stephens scored 1-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo Collador, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ponce Bollo made a kick off. After 56 minutes Ocean Park Beach FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rodas Crisol who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Rodas Crisol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Milo Driscoll quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Walker Stephens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Rubion came free, but Milo Driscoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Liga de Quito getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ponce Bollo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jed Burris in the 71st minute of play forced Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Jairo Collador to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Walker Stephens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Collador was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Yoelvis Villarias kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Jairo Collador stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walker Stephens's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walker Stephens in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Collador saved Liga de Quito from getting behind.
