With a left leg Anacleto Eutor saved Los Muñes de Don Cuco from getting behind. Dane Potter charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dane Potter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruperto Tino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Gaur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brice Carey. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Key Biscayne FC's Brice Carey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Tino in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dane Potter hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Colin Kohler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Brice Carey threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baltasar Mikeldi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 26th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zane Tanner to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Leandro Gaur took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Brice Carey to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute Ruperto Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brice Carey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Arturo Fuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leandro Gaur came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Gaur couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Gaur in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brice Carey prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Gaur was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Ruperto Tino notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Key Biscayne FC's Brice Carey.
