Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Miguel Gomez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yossi Clavo in the 4th minute of play forced Nova Soccer's goalkeeper José Carvallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Estefan Gavilanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greivin Camacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Siro Vergas fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Soccer's protests and gave Siro Vergas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CD SHETTANI booed when Nova Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Vergas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Nova Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Elizondo came free, but José Carvallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, CD SHETTANI's Yossi Clavo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Carvallo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Gomez in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Carvallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Carvallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Elizondo in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Nova Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Gomez came free, but José Carvallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nova Soccer's Siro Vergas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. José Carvallo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Carballo went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Nova Soccer's José Carvallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Luna in the 27th minute of play. José Carvallo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saul Luna went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. José Carvallo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Carvallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Gomez, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Estefan Gavilanes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Yossi Clavo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Carvallo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Jonny Elizondo came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and José Carvallo could save by the left post. With a little luck, Nova Soccer's José Carvallo got control of the ball when Jonny Elizondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. CD SHETTANI's Victor Villalobos was substituted for Saul Luna. After a rather tough play, Nova Soccer's Urtsin Vegal got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Nova Soccer defense, Alonzo Chavarria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Carvallo. The Nova Soccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Carvallo should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonny Elizondo got free with José Carvallo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nova Soccer's José Carvallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yossi Clavo in the 77th minute of play. Jonny Elizondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but José Carvallo made a huge save. 80 minutes into the game, Jonny Carballo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Carvallo. Jonny Carballo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. José Carvallo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alonzo Chavarria went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. CD SHETTANI played a much better game than Nova Soccer and deserved their victory. The Nova Soccer players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
