The referee ignored Res Non Verba's protests and gave Txerran Gotor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Txerran Gotor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Res Non Verba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Res Non Verba fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Res Non Verba's Rioja Cortinez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Txerran Gotor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Russo was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 21 minutes of play, Res Non Verba's Txerran Gotor made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfred Russo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Somerset's Alfred Russo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txerran Gotor in the 26th minute of play. Alfred Russo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rioja Cortinez in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txerran Gotor in the 29th minute of play forced Somerset's goalkeeper Alfred Russo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Russo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txerran Gotor, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Alfred Russo came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Res Non Verba's Emanuel Sarri. But to his dismay, Emanuel Sarri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Walter Olivera hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Donny Lincoln took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rai Pedros. Res Non Verba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lincoln Root to strike the kick off in the second half. Res Non Verba's Txerran Gotor got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 59 played minutes Somerset got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Stafford. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Txerran Gotor took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Alfred Russo to make any attempt to save it. Alfred Russo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rioja Cortinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Alfred Russo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txerran Gotor in the 67th minute of play. Perry Dodge kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Txerran Gotor took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Alfred Russo to make any attempt to save it.
