Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mohammed Wiley made the kick off which started today's match. Andrew Goode showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norman Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Reginald Gustafson's late challenge caught a Mankato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reginald Gustafson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, West Side Highway's Reginald Gustafson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Johnathon Gallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohammed Wiley in the 10th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Mohammed Wiley rounded Mankato's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Weston French could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Johnathon Gallo made a huge save. Mohammed Wiley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Johnathon Gallo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnathon Gallo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by West Side Highway's Weston French. But to his dismay, Weston French quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mohammed Wiley managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Side Highway's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohammed Wiley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnathon Gallo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Mankato's goal looked a bit too open when Mohammed Wiley came free, but Johnathon Gallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Weston French fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Mohammed Wiley might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johnathon Gallo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammed Wiley ran back to his position shaking his head. After 31 minutes, Cliff Schulz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mankato and the West Side Highway players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 32 minutes, Darin Sizemore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Side Highway's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darin Sizemore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Dexter Jeffers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrew Goode saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnathon Gallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Ponce, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With 37 minutes on the clock, Neil Chavez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 35th minute, one of Mankato:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mankato. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Bergman in the 42nd minute of play forced West Side Highway's goalkeeper Andrew Goode to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Wiley in the 43rd minute of play forced Mankato's goalkeeper Johnathon Gallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Mankato's goalkeeper Johnathon Gallo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Ponce. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norman Bergman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Mohammed Wiley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnathon Gallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Mohammed Wiley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnathon Gallo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Johnathon Gallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Weston French, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johnathon Gallo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohammed Wiley went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. West Side Highway walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
