After some careless play in the SAPRIMECKBEL defense, Ostadar Cavaneros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Wanchope. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Wanchope should have stopped the shot. Froilan Guibar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Federico Vilchez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. Federico Vilchez kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Rodolfo Wanchope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ostadar Cavaneros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd match minute, SAPRIMECKBEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Vilchez to maneuver through the defense. When Precioso Gordejuela fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's protests and gave Precioso Gordejuela a yellow card for diving instead. Precioso Gordejuela kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Franklin Duran hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's goalkeeper Froilan Guibar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Vilchez. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's Froilan Guibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Saborio in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ostadar Cavaneros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Froilan Guibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Vilchez went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute, Bernardo Saborio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Guibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After some careless play in the ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ defense, Bernardo Saborio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Guibar. Oscar Alfaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. SAPRIMECKBEL's Orlando Cordoba was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Froilan Guibar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 72nd minute, Gutierrre Vadillos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. 85 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierrre Vadillos came free, but Rodolfo Wanchope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Rosabal's late challenge caught a ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Rosabal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SAPRIMECKBEL's Leonel Rosabal got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Precioso Gordejuela was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. The supporters of SAPRIMECKBEL booed when ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Precioso Gordejuela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ostadar Cavaneros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Wanchope made a huge save. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
