Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rich Lawson started the match with the kick off. Earl Strange hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Waialua's Bruce Singer got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Waialua's Rocky Shirley ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Grueso Obana. Grueso Obana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 11th minute Teofilio Horreo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Cabrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocky Shirley in the 13th minute of play forced CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Grueso Obana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When CANTERANOS DMS's Ugutz Burualla in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruce Singer got free with Grueso Obana in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Cabrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Hompanera in the 37th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes Waialua got a freekick which was hit by Lonnie Lusk. In the 43rd match minute, Waialua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rich Lawson to maneuver through the defense. Quiróz Olaondo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Hompanera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ugutz Burualla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CANTERANOS DMS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Waialua the free kick. Ugutz Burualla hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Leo Hompanera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Cabrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Hompanera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Waialua getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ernest Reeder hit a great ball. Leo Hompanera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 69 minutes, Angel Piñera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CANTERANOS DMS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Piñera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waialua's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leo Hompanera 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Hompanera in the 79th minute of play forced Waialua's goalkeeper Erik Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Waialua's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Hompanera came free, but Erik Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grueso Obana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rich Lawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Leo Hompanera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Cabrera having to interfere. CANTERANOS DMS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
