Chauncey Davenport was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nathaniel Blackmon to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Ajax Colombiano's Valery Barrutia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Marshrose's Chauncey Davenport proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Marshrose from getting a goal against them. Nathaniel Blackmon kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cayetano Borras kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Chauncey Davenport. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Chauncey Davenport made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzavaier Contera in the 26th minute of play. Antony Sutherland hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matias Zuñiga in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chauncey Davenport prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chauncey Davenport made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Waldir Castrillon sent off a good shot on target. Nathaniel Blackmon hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Marshrose getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bret Fry hit a great ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jame Gilliam made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cayetano Borras made a precise shot to the right of Chauncey Davenport. Marshrose's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 56 minutes into the match, Ajax Colombiano's Waldir Castrillon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chauncey Davenport narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marshrose's Chauncey Davenport played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Borras in the 58th minute of play. During the 71st minute of the match Antony Sutherland completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Antony Sutherland a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Chauncey Davenport made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Zuñiga in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Ajax Colombiano booed when Marshrose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathaniel Blackmon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marshrose's Jame Gilliam quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Chauncey Davenport came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ajax Colombiano's Matias Zuñiga. But to his dismay, Matias Zuñiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Chauncey Davenport took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Zuñiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Ajax Colombiano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
