Dino Gegundez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Abaunza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guilabertus Parte. Arenales's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Guilabertus Parte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calisto Aballe in the 7th minute of play. Ramond Pecina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Baiona Abadie made a huge save. After some careless play in the Arenales defense, Calisto Aballe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guilabertus Parte. The Arenales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guilabertus Parte should have stopped the shot. Lalo Armenta's late challenge caught a Sportivo Chupeño's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lalo Armenta helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Arenales's Lalo Armenta got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Guilabertus Parte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calisto Aballe's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calisto Aballe in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilabertus Parte saved Arenales from getting behind. The Sportivo Chupeño fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Sportivo Chupeño's Calisto Aballe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Guilabertus Parte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calisto Aballe in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Calisto Aballe in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilabertus Parte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute, Calisto Aballe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guilabertus Parte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Turi Abenda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Guilabertus Parte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Raimundo Abecia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guilabertus Parte. That made the score 0-7 in the 61 minute of play. Calisto Aballe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Guilabertus Parte made a huge save. Vedillo Abeijon hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Calisto Aballe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guilabertus Parte. That made the score 0-8 in the 73 minute of play. Calisto Aballe kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 77thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Arenales's keeper Guilabertus Parte was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. When Ramond Pecina fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arenales's protests and gave Ramond Pecina a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Ramond Pecina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Calisto Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arenales's Guilabertus Parte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Arenales from getting a goal against them. When Sportivo Chupeño's Calisto Aballe in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guilabertus Parte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calisto Aballe in the 97th minute of play. In the 98thth minute of the game Calisto Aballe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arenales's Guilabertus Parte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sportivo Chupeño's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
