Xuban Llave made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Mel Abar sent off a good shot on target. Xuban Llave was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Rodrigo Rojas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rodrigo Rojas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Cristiano Abaurre took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Xuban Llave to make any attempt to save it. In the 26th minute Hulberto Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro-Gabriel Mondaca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Atletico Maturrango's Leonides Caviedes got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 35th minute, Chuquisaca's Foro Abadia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hulberto Arias hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Xuban Llave had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Foro Abadia. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Muc Abastas during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chuquisaca's Muc Abastas got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raitin Salvia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Rojas came free, but Xuban Llave reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xuban Llave showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Rojas in the 53rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Lautaro-Gabriel Mondaca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Atletico Maturrango's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guilabertus Tamez in the 64th minute. Foro Abadia took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xuban Llave. Xuban Llave dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With a little luck, Chuquisaca's Lautaro-Gabriel Mondaca got control of the ball when Raitin Salvia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atletico Maturrango's Xuban Llave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Foro Abadia in the 78th minute of play. Raitin Salvia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Lautaro-Gabriel Mondaca made a huge save. After some careless play in the Atletico Maturrango defense, Mel Abar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xuban Llave. The Atletico Maturrango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xuban Llave should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Erramun Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xuban Llave saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Chuquisaca were the better team. Chuquisaca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
