CLAYMORE COUNTRY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glorioso Deportivo Cali the free kick. Timothy Harrell kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilmer Hilton in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Natal saved Glorioso Deportivo Cali from getting behind. Marcelo Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Huber in the 10th minute of the match. Paz Torices's late challenge caught a CLAYMORE COUNTRY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paz Torices helped the player get up and apologised. Paz Torices kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Fidel Huber got a free kick in the 16th minute. Paz Torices struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Romeo Dickens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glorioso Deportivo Cali. CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Romeo Dickens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesario Urtaza in the 34th minute of play. Marcelo Natal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilmer Hilton went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Romildo Sotomayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes CLAYMORE COUNTRY got a freekick which was hit by Art Perkins. CLAYMORE COUNTRY made a substitution. Sherwood Sweet replaced Art Perkins. The supporters of Glorioso Deportivo Cali booed when CLAYMORE COUNTRY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Art Perkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half CLAYMORE COUNTRY were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

CLAYMORE COUNTRY's supporters rose to their feet, but Derek Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Natal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded CLAYMORE COUNTRY left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glorioso Deportivo Cali.
