The tension between the Titanes Mayas and the Golden Dragón F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Titanes Mayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Lertxun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Golden Dragón F.C's Xacintu Angosto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lázaro Jeraldo. Lázaro Jeraldo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Lázaro Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paskal Panguision, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Lastur struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Basilio Colomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titanes Mayas. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Hugo Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Colomes having to interfere. Teo Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Titanes Mayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Tavio to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Xacintu Angosto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Jeraldo. Titanes Mayas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Angosto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Titanes Mayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Urtungo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Titanes Mayas's goal looked a bit too open when Paskal Panguision came free, but Lázaro Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Jeraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xacintu Angosto, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 84th match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ongile Olmo to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Colomes having to interfere. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Cerilo Valben hit a great ball. Hugo Lastur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basilio Colomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Lastur in the 93rd minute of the match. Titanes Mayas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
