Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Titanes Mayas's Teo Estavan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Claude Vilter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lázaro Jeraldo having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claude Vilter in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Jeraldo saved Titanes Mayas from getting behind. In the 10th match minute, Titanes Mayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Estavan to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Claude Vilter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Claude Vilter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titanes Mayas's Lázaro Jeraldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marlin Cano in the 33rd minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Lázaro Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claude Vilter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Marlin Cano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Titanes Mayas's Lázaro Jeraldo. Lázaro Jeraldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Recolta Alamor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Claude Vilter made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Estavan in the 52nd minute of play forced Recolta Alamor's goalkeeper German Whitley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Lázaro Jeraldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. German Whitley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Pujols's late challenge caught a Titanes Mayas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Pujols helped the player get up and apologised. Peter Pujols kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. German Whitley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Lastur in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Titanes Mayas's Lázaro Jeraldo got control of the ball when Marlin Cano tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Titanes Mayas getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Moises Ospetsu hit a great ball. Urbano Tavio struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. German Whitley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titanes Mayas. In the 74th minute, Vern Smalls hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Vilter in the 79th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Lázaro Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Moises Ospetsu fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Titanes Mayas's protests and gave Moises Ospetsu a yellow card for diving instead. Recolta Alamor's Kerry Barajas was substituted for Vernon Kirkland. Moises Ospetsu kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Urbano Tavio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Tavio came free, but German Whitley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claude Vilter in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Jeraldo saved Titanes Mayas from getting behind. German Whitley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Tavio in the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th minute of the match Titanes Mayas got a corner. Recolta Alamor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alejandro Dolfos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Recolta Alamor walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
