The supporters of Santos FC booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Próspero Ruiz Tagle didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sherwood Franks in the 3rd minute of play forced ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Christian Abbott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Abbott made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Desmond Rowell sent off a good shot on target. Hans Ladd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Villamil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Christian Abbott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save ☠QUINTERO☠ from getting a goal against them. Christian Abbott came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos FC's Desmond Rowell. But to his dismay, Desmond Rowell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Patricio Saravia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Ladd having to interfere. Hans Ladd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Saravia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertrán Jarabran struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Hans Ladd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ☠QUINTERO☠. Anacleto Santis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Anacleto Santis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Ladd having to interfere. In the 34th play minute Victor Hess came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Christian Abbott. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Villamil in the 39th minute of play forced Santos FC's goalkeeper Hans Ladd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes, Rodrick Orlinsky mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos FC and the ☠QUINTERO☠ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ☠QUINTERO☠ booed when Santos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrick Orlinsky didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Hess to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Abbott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sherwood Franks, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Kelly Stovall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Victor Hess's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Abbott was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Christian Abbott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desmond Rowell in the 61st minute of play. After 65 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Doebbel. In the 65th minute Desmond Rowell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Abbott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans Ladd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Villamil, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute of the match, Uriel Villamil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hans Ladd saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Santos FC's Desmond Rowell got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Bertrán Jarabran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hans Ladd showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sherwood Franks during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sherwood Franks hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Uriel Villamil in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hans Ladd, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Hans Ladd managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when ☠QUINTERO☠'s Uriel Villamil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Christian Abbott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hess in the 79th minute of play. Santos FC's Hans Ladd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Santis in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Hess in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Abbott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Uriel Villamil hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Santos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Bertrán Jarabran scored to the left of an out of position Hans Ladd, making the score, 3-1. Santos FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
