Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Desiderio Handi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gregory Fink stood somewhat misplaced when Desiderio Handi came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 3 minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Águilas Poblanas's Desiderio Handi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gregory Fink. That made the score 2-0 after 6 minutes of play. In the 11th minute Curt Barrios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Desiderio Handi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Rodriguez's Gregory Fink was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Desiderio Handi put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gregory Fink. Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curt Barrios in the 39th minute of play. Curt Barrios took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Mino. Cornelio Mino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 45th match minute, Águilas Poblanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Mannie to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Geoff Ackerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

After 68 played minutes Deportivo Rodriguez got a freekick which was hit by Curt Barrios. 69 minutes into the game, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Guerau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gregory Fink made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Geoff Ackerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Cornelio Mino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelio Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curt Barrios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Desiderio Handi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Gregory Fink was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Desiderio Handi fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Águilas Poblanas's protests and gave Desiderio Handi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Rodriguez's Steve Napier got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Virgilio Guerau notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Deportivo Rodriguez's Gregory Fink. Gregory Fink was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deportivo Rodriguez's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
