Atauri Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danas Nausėda in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, FC Karamba's Danas Nausėda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atauri Salan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Atauri Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Zanette in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of FC Karamba booed when A.D. Puente Cantalojas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto-Carlos Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to A.D. Puente Cantalojas getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Carlos Camarasa hit a great ball. Lajos Vermes charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lajos Vermes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes FC Karamba got a freekick which was hit by Lajos Vermes. If Albinas Matūzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Bardo Cameno quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Faustino Ovando, made in the 33rd minute of the game. Atauri Salan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danas Nausėda, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A.D. Puente Cantalojas. The referee gave FC Karamba a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Albinas Matūzas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Atauri Salan. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and André Luís Zanette made a kick off. Atauri Salan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danas Nausėda in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Zanette came free, but Atauri Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
