The audience thought a goal was coming when Abelardo Lawrence got free with Gaspar Primo in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Gombal during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of El retorno del Pincha booed when Frontera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, El retorno del Pincha's Jimeno Oriche made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspar Primo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abelardo Lawrence came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gaspar Primo could save by the left post. After 41 minutes, Gonzalo Dayam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frontera AFC and the El retorno del Pincha players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Frontera AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gonzalo Dayam hit a great ball. Gaspar Primo made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Abelardo Lawrence sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abelardo Lawrence to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Abelardo Lawrence made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Primo. Frontera AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Gaspar Primo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Filipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Clodoveo Filipo took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Primo. Gaspar Primo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Frontera AFC's Benigno Aresti pulled a muscle in his leg after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Frontera AFC's Alonzo Nabar was substituted for Benigno Aresti. After 80 played minutes El retorno del Pincha got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Oriche. In the 85th minute, Abelardo Lawrence ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaspar Primo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. With a little luck, El retorno del Pincha's Edelmiro Peruxu got control of the ball when Ruperto Gaskon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaspar Primo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Lawrence, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ruperto Gaskon kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Gaspar Primo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by El retorno del Pincha's Abelardo Lawrence. But to his dismay, Abelardo Lawrence quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. El retorno del Pincha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Frontera AFC for a fine match.
