Vitaliy Vischak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levan Dost in the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrián Espadas in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Farid Mondragon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrián Espadas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Farid Mondragon made a huge save. In the 21st minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zézinho Neiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Farid Mondragon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Levan Dost came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Xacintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Zonta hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macit Okutan in the 39th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitaliy Vischak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Xacintu in the 40th minute of play. Gustavo Tartalo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferhan Saik to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Xacintu. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ferhan Saik made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Zézinho Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. Soroca F.C.'s Cosme Jaen was substituted for Rodolfo Atarrabi. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Farid Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 60th minute of play. In the 87th minute, one of Soroca F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soroca F.C.. The score was 1-1 after a penalty in the 90th minute, where 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB:s Levan Dost tricked Soroca F.C.:s Vitaliy Vischak with a difficult ball by the left post. Levan Dost kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
