In the 8th minute, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez managed to work through CD Municipal's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Belo Alvarez dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Enrique Cassaretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurino Serena. That made the score 3-0 after 17 minutes of play. George Forsyth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erlantz Bermejo went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Enrique Cassaretto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurino Serena. The goal made the score 4-1. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Belo Alvarez came free, but George Forsyth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Forsyth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 34th minute of play. When A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Municipal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurino Serena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Federico Puja hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Belo Alvarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. Alcorcón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Municipal the free kick.

Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 52nd minute of play. If Erlantz Bermejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Cassaretto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belo Alvarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over George Forsyth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Belo Alvarez ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, CD Municipal's George Forsyth got control of the ball when Esteban Vadillos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 61st minute of play. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Laurin Mangas replaced Nereo Acosta. CD Municipal's Peter Haber was substituted for Tulio Andinyach. CD Municipal's Oalo Dean was substituted for Zlatan Molina. A.D. Alcorcón's attentive Eusebio Quijana managed to snatch the ball when Aureliano Buendia made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. After 71 minutes A.D. Alcorcón's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martino Armona who took care of the corner kick. The corner led CD Municipal's Oalo Dean to a score. 5-1 in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Oalo Dean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurino Serena was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryota Miyagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th match minute, A.D. Alcorcón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arcadio Ramiréz to maneuver through the defense. Martino Armona missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 89 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Maurino Serena right hand side. CD Municipal's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
