That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. 8 minutes into the match, La Acade's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Horring came free, but Blas Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelian Avram, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Acade's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Teófilo Amaro in the 12th minute. The corner led La Acade's Leonard Lamczyk to fire away a dangerous shot which Rogelio Hanni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Leonard Lamczyk let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 12th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Blas Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of King Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Vistruario got free with Rogelio Hanni in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacksonville 67's Rogelio Hanni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Jacksonville 67 from getting a goal against them. Blas Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Batistuta in the 21st minute of play. La Acade's Blas Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Horring in the 26th minute of play. King Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shao Zhou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rogelio Hanni made a huge save. Shao Zhou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rogelio Hanni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alejandro Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the La Acade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Vistruario couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kip William got free with Rogelio Hanni in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blas Aritza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from King Batistuta went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Blas Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from King Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 48th minute, Sven Horring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Shao Zhou in the 58th minute of play forced Jacksonville 67's goalkeeper Rogelio Hanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When La Acade's Felipe Saturnin in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jacksonville 67's goalie prevented a goal. Alejandro Vistruario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogelio Hanni having to make a save. Burak Öz was slow to take the kick. During this time Jacksonville 67's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Joost Opdam got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Blas Aritza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The La Acade fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jacksonville 67 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
