The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Gabriel Efraim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobos de Carelia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Efraim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliberto Ipar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Sidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Mustafa Barış Yorangil kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Efraim in the 11th minute of play. Özgür Onur scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Ipar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Prospero Inguma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Efraim. Feliberto Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Onur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Ipar came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Potrero's Özgür Onur. But to his dismay, Özgür Onur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. C. A. Potrero made a substitution. Lu Lin Zhou replaced Mustafa Barış Yorangil. After 43 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Santos. Emil Arendarski made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Prospero Inguma sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 51st match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Ignado to maneuver through the defense. When Gabriel Efraim came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Lobos de Carelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Efraim couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Rios in the 64th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes Lobos de Carelia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Humberto Meder who took care of the corner kick. C. A. Potrero's Mariano Orlo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Feliberto Ipar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Feliberto Ipar was a little too slow when Özgür Onur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-3. Emil Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Xiang Ling in the 86th minute of the match. Celestino Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Sidro. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C. A. Potrero walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
