The Fractal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartosz Ziemniak should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Oséias Palmeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartosz Ziemniak was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Misael in the 20th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund MZB's goalkeeper Carlos Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Luis Blasi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Arturo Lorien could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Carlos Miguel made a huge save. Luis Blasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Dante Hever got a free kick in the 39th minute. Bartosz Ziemniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Palmeira in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Leonides Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Miguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Carlos Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Carlos Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Rolando Misael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Misael in the 58th minute of play. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Carlos Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Misael in the 58th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Misael came free, but Carlos Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fractal FC's goalkeeper Bartosz Ziemniak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartosz Ziemniak was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Oséias Palmeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oséias Palmeira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Gernando Pernambucano was substituted for Oséias Palmeira. After 78 played minutes Fractal FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Dayam. After 79 played minutes Fractal FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Kusko. 80 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Luis Blasi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartosz Ziemniak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Fractal FC's Silvio Dayam got a free kick in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gernando Pernambucano got free with Bartosz Ziemniak in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Borussia Dortmund MZB supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Borussia Dortmund MZB would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
