If Co Vid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Umberto Nunes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Porvoon Futura's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Umberto Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umberto Nunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Francesco Toldo made a huge save. Francesco Toldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Nunes came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Co Vid to strike the kick off in the second half. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Saleh, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Edvard Fagerberg made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Vladimir Haritonov sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Commander Crowe's Shi De Chang got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kol Miot came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edvard Fagerberg could save by the left post. 67 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Nunes came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes Porvoon Futura's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bengt-Arne Håkansson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Bengt-Arne Håkansson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Francesco Toldo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Holmgren in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Porvoon Futura's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bengt-Arne Håkansson was slow to take the kick. During this time Commander Crowe's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Lore in the 79th minute of play forced Porvoon Futura's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Commander Crowe were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Porvoon Futura's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bengt-Arne Håkansson took the corner. Commander Crowe's Bengt-Arne Håkansson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Francesco Toldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Umberto Nunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Toldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Big Fart. In the 90th minute Umberto Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Toldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jari Litmanen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Edvard Fagerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from King Cock went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Porvoon Futura's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
