Arnold Collins came out of the goal and Krzysztof Witek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Atletico Aragua FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Renato Nunez-Tesheira hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Çanakkale's zone, Pedro Maldonado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gökmen Çoğa came out of the goal and Pedro Maldonado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gökmen Çoğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Maldonado in the 24th minute of the match. Çanakkale's Gökmen Çoğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafe Vallina in the 30th minute of play. Koray Tibet in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnold Collins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 35 minutes into the match, Henrique Taranco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gökmen Çoğa. Çanakkale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Taranco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After 44 minutes of play, Atletico Aragua FC's Pedro Maldonado made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gökmen Çoğa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henrique Taranco took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gökmen Çoğa. Gökmen Çoğa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Maldonado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Renato Nunez-Tesheira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Gökmen Çoğa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pedro Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Arnold Collins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Deput in the 81st minute of play. Renato Nunez-Tesheira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gökmen Çoğa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Koray Tibet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çanakkale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Koray Tibet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute Fabian Deput shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Collins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salih Kaveloğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute Koray Tibet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Collins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Renato Nunez-Tesheira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atletico Aragua FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
