After 3 minutes of play, Savage Hippo's Vilmantas Magdišauskas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Paulo Fernandez was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Edwin Grabert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edwin Grabert really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when Savage Hippo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vakaris Daujotas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 minutes of play, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Paulo Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saulius Pilipavičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilmantas Magdišauskas scored 4-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Edwin Grabert put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez. After 28 played minutes Savage Hippo got a freekick which was hit by Saulius Pilipavičius. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Grabert got free with Zé Paulo Fernandez in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Edwin Grabert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Paulo Fernandez, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Werneck FC - DMZ's zone, Edwin Grabert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Fernandez came out of the goal and Edwin Grabert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Werneck FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Edwin Grabert scored to the left of an out of position Zé Paulo Fernandez, making the score, 9-0. 44 minutes into the match, Werneck FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Saulius Pilipavičius came free, but Zé Paulo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edwin Grabert in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Paulo Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Matías Falcão made the kick off in the second half. Genílson Cardozo hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilmantas Magdišauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Paulo Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Grabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Edwin Grabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Grabert in the 55th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Edwin Grabert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Paulo Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 65th minute Edwin Grabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Edwin Grabert notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez. Zé Paulo Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Grabert in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Vakaris Daujotas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez. Werneck FC - DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vakaris Daujotas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. 75 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Grabert in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes, Genílson Cardozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Werneck FC - DMZ and the Savage Hippo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Genílson Cardozo got a free kick in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Grabert in the 83rd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Savage Hippo's Orestas Mineikis made it 16-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Saulius Pilipavičius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. Zé Paulo Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilmantas Magdišauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Vilmantas Magdišauskas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savage Hippo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 18-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Savage Hippo fully deserved thier win.
