An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Siggman in the 10th minute of play forced BK Södra's goalkeeper Maximino Totakoxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by BK Södra's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hans-Jürgen Nudelman was slow to take the kick. During this time Samyang Ramen's players had a chance to rest. Rickard Örnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alex Wållander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to BK Södra getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Emil Ahlqvist hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's Göran Nordgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Totakoxe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Göran Nordgren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximino Totakoxe. BK Södra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper Alex Wållander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christos Tzolis. Erik Holmgren hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes BK Södra got a freekick which was hit by Henry Björkqvist. After some careless play in the BK Södra defense, Fabrizio Ravanelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Totakoxe. The BK Södra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Totakoxe should have stopped the shot. Christos Tzolis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christos Tzolis got free with Alex Wållander in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Walter Siggman sped through BK Södra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Totakoxe. Maximino Totakoxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Siggman, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Alex Wållander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Wenerdahl in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walter Siggman made a kick off. A hard shot by Göran Nordgren from long distance, 50 minutes into the match, got Maximino Totakoxe's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fabrizio Ravanelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Maximino Totakoxe made a huge save. Walter Siggman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Maximino Totakoxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric Da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Samyang Ramen's Bo-Erik Apelkvist was substituted for Fabrizio Ravanelli. After a rather tough play, BK Södra's Eric Da Silva got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Göran Nordgren came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Samyang Ramen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Nordgren couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute Bo-Erik Apelkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Tzolis in the 65th minute of play forced Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper Alex Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Södra were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Samyang Ramen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rickard Örnberg took the corner. BK Södra made a substitution. Börje Blomberg replaced Björn Holmgren. In the 77th minute Samyang Ramen were awarded a corner. Hans-Jürgen Nudelman went to the cornerflag to take it. 78 minutes into the game, Walter Siggman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximino Totakoxe. Walter Siggman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in BK Södra's zone, Bo-Erik Apelkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Totakoxe came out of the goal and Bo-Erik Apelkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Wållander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Wenerdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the game Melker Magnusson made a throw-in which Göran Nordgren played forward. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Samyang Ramen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
