With a little luck, GOMERASPOR's Nils Krüger got control of the ball when Jan-Moritz Sellmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eren Özkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hannes Schmielau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eren Özkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gabriel Nazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Nils Krüger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, GOMERASPOR's Nils Krüger got control of the ball when Jeremiah St. Juste tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, GOMERASPOR's Ahmet Korcan Tolga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hannes Schmielau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Ahmet Korcan Tolga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hannes Schmielau. Pabing SV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Korcan Tolga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Nils Krüger made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jan-Moritz Sellmer sent off a good shot on target. Jan-Moritz Sellmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Nils Krüger made a huge save. Ahmet Korcan Tolga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Hannes Schmielau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tahir Hallaç in the 29th minute of play forced Pabing SV's goalkeeper Hannes Schmielau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Ahmet Korcan Tolga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Schmielau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match GOMERASPOR got a corner. Pabing SV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eren Özkan ran over to the corner to take the kick. GOMERASPOR's Eren Özkan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hannes Schmielau in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Pabing SV booed when GOMERASPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Korcan Tolga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Jan-Moritz Sellmer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nils Krüger. The goal made the score 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
GOMERASPOR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eren Özkan in the 52nd minute. It was a well-played corner which Tahir Hallaç managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nils Krüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremiah St. Juste in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Ahmet Korcan Tolga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hannes Schmielau was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Jan-Moritz Sellmer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Krüger was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Nils Krüger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Nazar in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, GOMERASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Hendrik Heimann came free, but Nils Krüger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Krüger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Moritz Sellmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81stth minute of the game Jan-Moritz Sellmer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GOMERASPOR's Nils Krüger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes Pabing SV got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Hoffmann. When Eren Özkan came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the GOMERASPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eren Özkan couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Ahmet Korcan Tolga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hannes Schmielau was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Hannes Schmielau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Korcan Tolga in the 94th minute. The corner led GOMERASPOR's Eren Özkan to fire away a dangerous shot which Hannes Schmielau despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Pabing SV lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
