In the 5th minute, 狄昆傲 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petre Encuțescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petre Encuțescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Petre Encuțescu came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲. But to his dismay, 狄昆傲 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 22 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petre Encuțescu. Zecku's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 狄昆傲 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 25th minute, 狄昆傲 made a precise shot to the right of Petre Encuțescu. Zecku's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 28 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petre Encuțescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivor Peake in the 37th minute of play forced E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petre Encuțescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄昆傲 in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes Zecku's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vygantas Vyšniauskas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in 狄昆傲 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zecku's Petre Encuțescu did a great save. E.C. Galera were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Zecku's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vygantas Vyšniauskas took the corner. After a rather tough play, Zecku's Emīls Umbrass got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Juvenal Zanette successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emīls Umbrass was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, 狄昆傲 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C. Galera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After some careless play in the Zecku defense, 狄昆傲 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petre Encuțescu. The Zecku fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petre Encuțescu should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute 狄昆傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Encuțescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Encuțescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juvenal Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Rocks, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Galera's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Rocks came free, but Juvenal Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄昆傲 in the 88th minute of play forced Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petre Encuțescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. E.C. Galera walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
