The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, FC Alinborger's Sebastian Bîlbă got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Damian Majewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tadeu Moraes, 1-0. Damian Majewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeu Moraes having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the game Sharma Di Stéfano made a throw-in which Elvin Sexton played forward. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Sharma Di Stéfano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabian Ţiţeica, made in the 20th minute of the game. When Damian Majewski came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the GÓRNIK PSZÓW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Majewski couldn't finish the play. Juan Luis Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Veronica in the 28th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of FC Alinborger:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GÓRNIK PSZÓW:s goal. In the 31st minute, Albert Balcan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeu Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Damian Majewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Damian Majewski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeu Moraes came out and tried to block the shot, but Damian Majewski slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 44th minute. Sever Iuonaș made in the 47th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sebastian Bîlbă however managed to control.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angel Veronica was the one to do the kick off. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Damian Majewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tadeu Moraes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastian Bîlbă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Juan Luis Carneiro made a huge save. 58 minutes into the game, GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Damian Majewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tadeu Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC Alinborger's zone, Damian Majewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeu Moraes came out of the goal and Damian Majewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the game, Damian Majewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Tadeu Moraes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Luis Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Veronica, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Damian Majewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damian Majewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tadeu Moraes having to make a save. In the 75th minute Damian Majewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Damian Majewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Majewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeu Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Majewski in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Alinborger defense, Damian Majewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeu Moraes. The FC Alinborger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeu Moraes should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute Elvin Sexton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Majewski in the 89th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GÓRNIK PSZÓW fully deserved thier win.
